A simple yet elegant detached accessory dwelling unit (ADU) in the city of San Pedro. This modern farmhouse styled ADU provides ample space for an additional family to eat. sleep and dwell in - with an abundance of light and air. ADU's continue to be one of the most cost effective ways to build additional rental units - at an affordable cost.

A modern and efficiently converted 2-car garage into a 2 story Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) in the city of Monrovia. ADU's are great way to generate additional rental income while maximizing outdoor space.

A contemporary styled housing complex of 178 units with an array of amenity spaces in the USC Health and Science Campus in East L.A.

Modern designed interior of an ADU that incorporates a central courtyard
that allows natural daylight to shower the interior spaces - while establishing an elegant connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces.
